About the Class Management Office
The Class Management Office (CMO) is responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining the University Locations and Calendars information in Student One;
- Maintaining the University Study Period Dates;
- Creating and maintaining availabilities policies and procedures;
- Monitoring and coordinating availabilities activities across the University;
- Creating and maintaining timetabling policies and procedures;
- Generating, managing and publishing the University timetable;
- Monitoring and coordinating class registration processes across the University;
- Managing University Adhoc Bookings including Room Bookings.
